Use budget for design work, not just communication.
Provide design team with proper resources: Time, information, money, people, passion.
Let go of your internal baggage.
Appoint an executive willing and able to make difficult decisions in the best interests of the product and its users.
Create a core team dedicated, hands-on, and collaborative.
Give effective and timely feedback.
Don’t make all of your cows sacred.
When shown distinct ideas for you to choose between, don’t ask order as if from a menu.
Execute what your committed to designing.
