Our product development methods are the same we use ourselves in our practice: inquiry & discovery, mastery of our materials & tools, aesthetic judgement & design thinking.
Caspian Design designs and develops software, web applications and other products for enterprises and organizations that view new product and process innovation as their key competitive advantage. Caspian Design's approach integrates inventive visual, formal and interaction design and resolute focus on the product user's goals.
We use rapid, evolutionary, responsive development methods that yield working products directly responsive to business goals and the needs of the people who use the products.

This week, a peer in the Agile community put the following question to a number of us: "If you could recommend one Agile book to a manager what would that be?"
His question generated some thoughtful responses and ultimately a number of titles which I've collected here. I share this because I think his goal is not uncommon these days - certainly I'm facing it myself among those in the northern New England business community who are skeptical, risk-averse or just have been burned by product/software development promises that have fallen (painfully) short.
